What is shiatsu?

Shiatsu ("finger pressure") is based on traditional Japanese massage therapy. Shiatsu works with the body's energy flow, known as Ki or Qi (pronounced chee).

How does it work?

It involves applying pressure to specific points on the body, moving from one point to another in a rhythmic sequence. It is performed without oils through light, comfortable clothing.
